Talking Hearts Counselling was born out of my personal experience as a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor. During my studies, I faced the challenge of finding affordable counselling support for myself. As a mother with financial difficulties and the responsibility of caring for a young child, pursuing my education became an arduous task without any financial assistance. It was a time of immense hardship and struggle.
